had a very bad experience working here in shipping department. in afternoon shift there is a guy named Jaspreet Singh who gets you kicked out of the work by putting false allegations on you if you dont do his buttering. they dont care if you are a hard working employee or not they just listen to him , so if you want to keep working there you have to do buttering of this person.Was not expected from Lululemon.

Noah and Govan, are the best guys to deal with. They took the extra steps to ensure I had the proper unit for me. They were prompt with calling me after booking and professional all the way through our interaction. I would definitely recommend this storage unit for short or long term stays.

Brutal customer service. I bought 2 items from them, one was a queen bedroom set which I confirmed the order of what I wanted and they proceeded to order it wrong, took months to get it corrected. I gave them a second chance and ordered a TV console from them, it arrived badly damaged. They ordered new parts for it, the side panel took 4 months to receive and the new shelves took a year to receive and when they finally did arrive they were the wrong shelves, left several messages to get it sorted out, management was to call me but heard nothing....they couldn't care less. Will never buy here again
